In order of composition date, with opera title and composer for each. (3) Operas Characters. Provides a very brief character description and the title of the originating opera. Alphabetical by character’s first name. (4) Grand Opera Houses Around the World. Ordered by country, then city, then house name. Each entry includes most or all of the following: address, timeline of events, architects, auditorium shape and style, capacity, and inauguration dates and operas. (5) Opera terms with definitions. (6) Synopses of Operas. All sections are organized alphabetically with the exception of the Time Line of Famous Operas.
